He was patient (it took me over a year to pull the trigger from our first meeting), thoughtful, really knew his stuff (thank goodness, cuz I did not!), and made the process much less stressful than I had anticipated it would be. We recently closed on our new home with Michael, and he is simply the best. Not only is Michael incredibly knowledgeable, familiar with neighborhoods, and in touch with the market trends, but he is also a great person backed by a strong team. He is always up for seeing a house, has clear communication, was patient with our year-plus of house shopping to find the perfect one, was able to point out strengths and weaknesses of houses as we walked through them, and is a genuinely nice guy to spend all of that house shopping quality time together with. Ultimately, the house we loved had 14 offers in, and Michael made it happen. We are so thankful for the house shopping experience we had with Michael.

Michael really championed for us during the inspections and got us a very nice credit from the sellers for items that were called out in the report. Michael will fight for you and has the business acumen to do so. He is an amazing realtor to have on your side!
Mike knew exactly which month and day we needed to get our townhouse listed to create a buyer's frenzy and to get us above the listing price. He brought in his photographer and the staging company that he thought we should use to create the perfect listing. Within an hour of the listing going live, it was bombarded with buyers booking appointments to view the place. We ended selling in 6 days (during COVID) with 10 offers and accepting one well above the asking price. This is our second time using Mike, and he is our permanent agent for future endeavors.
